Falling of the Wagon

It’s day ? of Shannon Tipton’s 30 day brainstorming challenge and I have fallen off the wagon. Here is my reflection on why I fell off and what I am going to try to do about it.  Hope it helps you if you have fallen off too.  Remember there are no rules.

    1. I loved BC! It was so amazing and loved getting out side my comfort zone. The time off from social media was also good. Reminded me of what’s important in life.

  1. Love this Kate. Very honest and refreshing. I’ve fallen off the wagon as well…twice! I think continuously on and off the wagon with this challenge and I think I have to admit that I have to do it in my own pace as trying to keep up with it every day is proving too stressful. Have a fab holiday. Maybe we could catch up when you’re back. Will look out for you when you’re back on social media!

    1. Thanks Miriam. I am just back in the office today and getting back in the grove. Taking a break from it all was just what I needed! We defiantly need to catch up!
